Troopers catch drunk 24 yr old driver at weigh station with eight guns and a backpack full of drugs

Stewart Silvestri, has been charged with OUI- Drugs and possession of Class A, B, and E narcotics, eight counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, 25 counts of possession of a large capacity weapon or feeding device, multiple counts of possession of a large-capacity firearm in commission of a felony and improper storage of a large capacity firearm, and single counts of possession of a silencer and possession of a firearm while under the influence

At 10:39 p.m. on October 14,  Massachusetts State Police responded to the weigh station on Route 95 south in Rowley after witnesses spotted a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander driver operating erratically prior to entering the weigh station.

Why don't they question that a 24 yr old was driving a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander? Because of drugs.

troopers ultimately located seven handguns, one rifle, and 34 magazines, 23 of which were high capacity magazines.

So...  Massachusetts? What the hell?
