Of those who switched, over 70% lacked access to Level 2 charging at home, and slightly fewer than that lacked Level 2 connections at their workplace.
"If you don't have a Level 2, it's almost impossible," said Tynan, who has tested a wide range of makes and models of PEVs over the years for his research.

Humanity, making the same mistake again and again and again... when gasoline powered cars start to appear in larger numbers one of key problem around the world was lack of support infrastructure, gas stations primary. Now it's Déjà vu with lack of proper energy charging infrastructure. Wonder if gas stations will not move in to building own power chargers and you will ride to gas station for not only get the fuel but also energy. But this would demand much better power transfer system, for now Level 2 can charge medium car in 3 hours.
ReplyDeleteDisappointing numbers in changing back. Would like to 4 out of 5 changing back. Would send a stronger message to the "Great Reset" people. Time will tell.
