Hmmm... unusual, that's Canon de 155 Grande Puissance Filloux. US used them in Great War and later copy it and manufacture locally, this one have early carriage so it could be one of original French made ones. Such way of transportation and more modern tractor, I would theorizes that is en route to be some monument or museum piece maybe?
