I saw this in a video a couple years ago, but wasn't able to find video of it then... this is a brilliant sand bag filling invention that I wanted to post since then. I've never seen one used in the USA though, no matter how many floods and hurricanes occur.

A couple motors, a couple batteries, and this would be filling bags a lot damn faster, or, getting more expensive and complicated, a small engine and some hydraulic rams, and you'd have an automatic sand bag filling machine
