Guinness does what? Wait, drinking Guinness beer makes you stronger? That would mean the strongest people in the world are all in Irish pubs! (Just kidding, but I've heard that Guinness has a lot of iron, and that's good for you)

    I used to work with a guy from Ireland, and he said that they would drink Guinness after donating blood, because of the iron in it.
