Why? It's workforce is just getting older, as I'm sure it's not hard to imagine that Ford doesn't hire kids graduating high school with no job experience, not anymore.

so - that works out to $18,181.81 per employee per year, divide that on out by covered spouses & children, it's not a bad number at all. In the US, the averaged out cost is about $10.5k per person. I can't believe I just said that $18k per year is a pretty good rate. shit
