electric super charger? So, a hair dryer without a heating element?
Or looking at the images of the distributor cap, it's something to do with the ignition?
I remember seeing the ad when I was a kid. I always thought that it was some kind of semi magical rotor that you'd use to replace the stock item. For a twelve year old those old Whitney catalogs were great....

probabaly an early version of the Pertronix to convert points to electronic
ReplyDeleteThe patents claim to place a high voltage on the spark plugs prior to firing to ionize the charge and thus make it burn better. Your results may vary!
