  1. I'll bet there were a ot of doors dinged in that parking lot. Of course the metal and paint were so heavy they probably fared better than today's cars with just a light bump

    1. I just now added 4 more photos of the same parking area over the previous 20 years, and thought you might want to check back and see them.
      I agree, door dings a lot due to heavier doors swinging WITH gravity as these drivers all had the drivers side door on the down hill side. Bad idea. It would have been a better idea to have the drivers door on the uphill side, aiding the door in CLOSING.
      Oh wait, only the 5 or 6 rows closest to the camera face this direction...

    1. huh! They flood, don't they? Maybe not flash flood dangerous, but can they get unexpected if there are storms upriver?

  3. I would think it could flood, but they probably have enough warning. I think they use those lots for the football and baseball stadiums.
