Hmmm, what's the reason there are 2 different styles of registration stickers on the California license plate?

    A couple of years ago Pennsylvania where I reside did away with the stickers. Every time I open my trunk and look at the plate for an instant I think I had forgotten to register my car. Needless to say I am not a big fan of the idea.
