I asked via Facebook instant messenger, but he hasn't responded. I believe he was asking 300 for the scoops and airbox, probably the air filter housing top and bottom also. For the most accurate going rate, look on ebay, or ebay motors. I'd guess decent ones that only need to be painted to math a car's color would be about 100-150. What are you doing with Mopar hood scoops? I thought you had a Cobra, or Pantera
A Cobra or Pantera? you're funny. ;) No, nothing quite that exotic. Just a '69 Firebird that still needs work. The scoops I bought of of someone for one of my MoPar projects, which didn't happen like so many thing we start. The scoops are in good shape, so maybe $100 for them would be a good price.
Thank you! I wasn't trying this time, but I often try to be funny. It doesn't work out right, as often as I try... oh well. Anyway, I bet you remember that I have a terrible memory, and I certainly didn't remember that you had a Firebird! Huh! Well, anyway, if you're looking to sell your project parts, I'll post them here so long as you put YOUR email on them, lol. I don't want any more people thinking I'm selling things, I get an email a day about someone's truck or car, but the person asking thinks I happen to own everything they've seen on this blog. Ridiculous Anyway, you're welcome to have your stuff posted here. I think you might get better money for parts on Ebay though
Wonder what the scoops are going for? I have a pair of them in much better shape.
