That's the good old MJ-1A, bomb lift truck, commonly referred to as a 'jammer.' That big hole in the side was for the Wisconsin V4 engine. You should see the MHU-83, which is bigger and has outrigger type wheels that can extend to better straddle around aircraft.
Memories...I remember the Thai T-28s at Udorn RTAFB back in 1972. Interesting place...
