No, it's a 1/4 turn hex head fastener. A Dzus of course, uses a Dzus tool / half moon shaped screwdriver as its a slotted head. This is an allen wrench receiving fastener. Most certainly it was used on a lakester, at El Mirage, and that is of course, why it's a perfect little souvenir.
Looks like a Dzus fastener, could well have been used on the body work from a lakester.
