The Swift Transportation tractor trailer was driven by 28-year-old Mohamed M. Seid, of Waite Park, Minnesota. Seid was not injured in the crash. He was arrested and charged with felony vehicular manslaughter, and is currently behind held at the Idaho County Jail.
