Triumph has a history of breaking the land speed record, holding the title of ‘World's Fastest Motorcycle’ between 1955 to 1970.

and Gyronaut X1, the former achieving a top speed of 245.667 mph

It's not rocket-powered. It has two turbocharged Triumph Rocket III engines. The Rocket III is a 2294cc 3-cylinder motorcycle. The standard motorcycle is shaft drive, but the pictures here don't say how the streamliner gets the power to the rear wheel.
