I believe these are all different trunk makers, and options for the car buyer, from the dealership accessory room. I'm guessing. But dang it, there is too much variety, not just in this post, but all Duesy photos I've taken, and cars at shows I've been to. I even recently posted about a trunk found in a Goodwill store, a Wahl trunk, that is identical to one on a Packard at the Palos Verdes Concours https://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2013/09/a-variety-of-trunks-and-way-they-were.html
Did Packard make the separate boot, or was it made by a sub-contractor and then attached to the chassis on the production line?
