DeleteSome years back, two idiots dropped a cement block off an overpass on I-4 in central Florida just for grins and giggles. It went through a windshield and instantly killed a woman. The two morons were given life sentences and since then, all the overpasses have been given tall chain link fences to prevent it from happening again.
