Nope. The engine is next to the tail gate. You can see the tops of the chrome air filters in the middle photo
So this is Beetle cut in half with a custom formed rear cab, on the original beetle frame, probably extra support and lengthened and a 60's model step side chevy bed am I correct? I love it LMAO a beetle-mino
