NOW I know why cops have license plates that state they are California Exempt.. . the rules don't apply to them
because one sign didn't work, they added two more. Cops don't care. It's a Costco Pizza emergency apparently. And no where on the cop car does it say "protect and serve"
Also appears to be parked in the crosswalk, "protect and serve" has been long gone on up state NY cars.
