Good point. Instead, it should have a "boring" setting, for locking out all hoonigan valets and friends who borrow your keys, with or without permission. Maybe a 7 digit code, and if you enter that code, you get the full experience, and if you don't know that code, you get boring... it's got enough power to move in traffic but won't smoke the tires or exceed 90 mph.
