Along with the $million$ - Kevin Na also received a Pure Vision restified '73 Challenger for his golfing victory at the Charles Schwab Challenge - which he immediately gifted to his caddy of over a decade

Na and Harms have been working together for 11 years, and the two had come to an arrangement before this week's event started regarding the muscle car that was proudly displayed not far from the 18th green, an arrangement Na had no problem making good on, with one caveat - he wanted to rev the engine first.

Na, whose name will be etched into Colonial’s granite Wall of Champions, didn’t go home empty-handed. He won $1.31 million and the Leonard Trophy after birdieing four of the first eight holes on Sunday and shooting a 4-under-par 66 to hold off Tony Finau for the championship.

Before handing keys to the Dodge Challenger to Harms, he revved the engine while wearing the traditional tartan winner’s jacket.

The car — badged not as Dodge, but with one-off Schwab badging as a “Schwab Challenger” — mixes a vintage body with modern amenities and is covered in custom Glacier Blue paint. It also features touches of Colonial Country Club’s trademark Scottish royal tartan on the seats, serving as a tribute to the awarding of a tartan plaid jacket to the event’s champions.

to celebrate the 73 years the tournament has been played at Colonial Country Club and the coincidence that Charles Schwab was incorporated in 1973 and has begun a 4 year sponsorship of the PGA Tour’s Charles Schwab Challenge, Charles Schwab awarded this Pure Vision 1973 Dodge Challenger.

Something I hadn't noticed before, the ’69 Dodge Coronet/Super Bee door was the ’70 Satellite/Road Runner/GTX door over at Plymouth.  

Owner Mike Jadon on the unusual combination. “I was liking the ’70 Roadrunner and the ’69 Super Bee after seeing the Petrol Charger [also built by Steve], so I gave him a call,” Mike says. “I was raised in the Canoga Park area of California, which was filled with street machines like this one. To me, that early ’80s look has always been the quintessential look for a muscle car.” Mike also remembered doing a little street racing with his uncle in a ’69 Charger in the late ’70s. They got beat by a four-speed Coronet, so Mike made sure his build had a stick.

Project Underdog... a '72 Maverick... right on! My parents had one when I was a tyke

Sung Kang is working with students handpicked from a local high school, Pennzoil, SEMA (the Specialty Equipment Market Association), and the best in the industry to restore and completely rebuild a 1972 Ford Maverick. The UDreamTeam of students and motivated professionals will be designing and giving new life to the Maverick — the ultimate underdog, and the car that Sung’s character Han drove in the Fast & Furious movie Fast Five. Once completed, the Underdog car will be auctioned off with all proceeds going to scholarships and charities.
