Of greater concern is the effect it would have on your lungs!
There is some evidence that it causes skin cancer in humans and it has been shown to cause skin cancer in animals.

DeleteMy thoughts are with "Cacophony." However, that parking meter looks like a money maker. "Sure, throw a dime in the parking meter for fun." says the apartment dweller. It's one way to accrue ice cream money! Or help pay his medical bills for inhaling that creosote!
