it took 4 days for the Hyundai dealership to take off the valve cover off my Veloster's engine, take a couple pictures, and email them to corporate. Why am I annoyed? I was paying 42 a day for a rental car while my car was in for warranty work. When I got it back, it looked like this:

under the hood, clearly this connector was unbolted from the valve cover, and not bolted back on.
