Dodge is seeking to hire a Chief Donut Maker who will be paid $150,000 for a year to drive a Challenger Hellcat and be an ambassador for the brand at select events scheduled around their day job. Thanks Gary!

There's also a 25/8 promotion that's named to signal Dodge works harder than 24/7 and will have celebrities from the automotive, sports and entertainment worlds giving away dream cars through individual sweepstakes.

More info on how to apply to become the Chief Donut Maker is coming on January 12th and Dodge is promising to make at last one product or enthusiast-related announcement every three months for the next two years

Dodge is bringing back its Direct Connection performance parts for the first time in 40 years, and it's going to give away 25 Challengers to visible people who exemplify the brand. Oh, and one more thing—it's hiring somebody to serve as its "Chief Donut Maker."

The company is kicking off plan with an eight-week, 25-car giveaway called "Operation 25/8". Dodge says that the name for the campaign comes from its "Brotherhood of Muscle", which goes beyond, 24 hours a day, seven days a week – an extra hour and an extra day.

  1. Higher horsepower. Bigger trucks. Bigger SUVs. More expensive gas. Are sixth graders running these companies?

    1. Nope, money makers. You did notice the Corvette hp numbers? The GMC Beast? The Shelby Mustang HP numbers? The Suburbans, Hummer concept, etc etc? They're all making money. Cadillac is cutting 40% of it's dealerships though, after screwing up and wasting money on that New York HQ bullshit. Oh, wait, maybe you're right, that WAS a 6th grade mistake

  2. There is a lot of information in the video. I thought it was interesting how he talked about redefining the future of American muscle and how it's not measured in Kilowatts or Horsepower. Maybe he's trying to say there might be some electricity involved in the future.

    1. Hellcat engine production will end in 2023, with a new electric muscle car coming in 2024.

    2. yes, but over the past 6 or 7 years, everyone that has wanted one has bought one, or will buy one, as they are crate engines. They also sell the Hellaphant. 1000 hp. I just read yesterday there are 3 new cars coming up in 2023, but you scooped that with telling me that one will be electric
