I would gladly pay $3.41 for almost 11 gallons of high test. I se by the Weights and Measures inspection tag in the upper fight corner of the pump it's a Pennsylvania gas station. This is odd because the price of gas in PA. is higher then it is in N.Y. which is just the opposite of what it usually is.

Take the purchase price and divide by gallons...
