That's probably true Jesse, but it could also be Steve IS flipping the bird English style as a poke at his photographer. As explained to me by a Brit who works in a senior care center helping my old friend there. "The two finger extension is basically the same single middle finger extension we use here in the states. It's just twice the expletive." Remember the ending scene in Le Mans where McQueen hold up the two finger salute? He's conveying the guy he just beat twice is victory. 😉
