Been a long time since I heard anything about Nascar... and one dumbass move by Menard trying to push Jimmie Johnson around, and wrecking a dozen other guys in the process... while his intended target sails on heedlessly
wow, they have Camaros and Mustangs now...
Menard in the Woods brothers 21, Jimmie Johnson in the 48
pardon me BUT DID YOU EVEN WATCH THE RACE? menard was lading the race and did not touch the 48 car until the 48 tried to "side draft" the 21 car and caused him to get turned into him P.S. been circle track racing for 45 of my 61 years
Don't lose your shit Tim. The single event is shown 5 times, from 5 different cameras, in 3 minutes. Why the fuck waste hours watching a race so I can reply to you that I did watch a waste of time race? Compliments on your circle track racing career. But just because you've enjoyed 45 years of racing doesn't change what is happening in the video, 5 times, from 5 cameras. I don't need to waste my time watching a race to talk about one crash. Do you? I also don't give a shit about who was leading the race. It's as stupid as giving a shit about who was losing the race in last place. 45 years of racing has to have impressed on you that NO ONE is leading a race until that white flag is getting whipped out. Until then, ANY ONE can win it. Leading a race? Stupid place to be until the last lap. 45 years of racing, and how many races have you seen on tv? How many were "lead" until the last lap, then lost to someone who didn't waste gas being the trailbreaker? It's the guys that hang back and save fuel for that last lap move that win a lot more races than the guy that was sitting pole, and "leading" for 199, 299, 399 or 499 laps but ran out of gas and didn't cross the finish line. We've had 120 years of racing cars in the USA. I don't need to have watched every race to see that this move of Menard from right to left of the track moved him 15 feet across the track, into the path of the car that DID NOT crash. Whatever. There's the video, make your mind up. Whatever you decide happened, well, I don't need to argue about it, the camera shows it, clearly, in high def high res.
Oh, yeah, and also, did I watch the race? Well, did YOU blog about it?
So, there it is. You waste your time watching it, I'll just post the highlights, and we can meet back here next time you think I'm a fucking idiot, and I'll just watch the 3 minutes of some event, and save hours to do other things.
