Okay, picture six of the GroBer von Deutschland. We see the two 30's Gran Prix racers and three flags waving behind them representing some of the countries running in the race. We see Italy, Nazi German and Great Britten. I like how you don't hide history Jesse. There are going to be some complainers, maybe, but I'm not one of them. There are pictures similar to this one with the swastika whited out. DON'T HIDE HISTORY! if you do we are destine to repeat it. Thank you Jesse, and keep up the great work.
Thanks! I am often thinking that easily offended people are simply looking to make themselves the focus of attention, that their outrage is manufactured by easily triggered things, and it's so much like the high school attention seekers who would make a scene if they weren't feeling that the day had given them enough attention already. Just because the swastika is on display isn't a reason to be offended, to me, especially as I'm always swimming in the history of the Auto Union cars, the Zeppelin, etc. The swastika comes up a lot... I'm not offended, and can't see a reason to think that showing it in context shows any support for nazis. It's like you said, no reason to hide history. I haven't seen the ones with the white out... damn, someone was feeling mighty precious to be compelled to white out the flag.
