Hi Jesse, last week in Melbourne there was a big rain event which caused a lot of flooding and this photo shows where the flooding shorted out the electrics for this car parking lift with the unfortunate result you see.
The flash flooding was actually so bad that part of the main Hume Highway, which links Australia's two largest cities (Melbourne and Sydney) was flooded with cars stranded due to the exceptionally fast rising flood waters.
OH! So that's what happened! There was no info with the photo, and no reason for me to look to see if there was a strange shocking story, vs a mistake on the part of the person puching the up button.
