That is David McCallum in the second picture( blond second from the left) i.e. The Man from Uncle for those old enough to remember. Also in The Great Escape of course. Great picture, tv show and movie, one of my all time favorites!
David McCallum ( Man from Uncle) in the second pic is the only surviving star from the Great Escape, born 1933. Makes me feel old, Crap. One of the best movies ever. EVER!
Thanks for the info... have you read his wikipedia page? Amazing life. West Africa in the military, then went to acting school where Joan Collins was a classmate, then got the Man From Uncle role, and received more fan male than ANY other MGM astor, more than Elvis!
Both my sister and my wife were in love with him as teenagers. Oh yeah, despite my email of morticia (which was my dogs name when my kids set up my email many moons ago) I am a guy not a girl
I have a don't ask don't tell policy... and that's the first time I've ever heard of a dog's name being used for an email, or online handle... and the 1st time I've ever heard of a dog named Morticia. "A Dog Named Morticia" sounds like a good band name, or book title

DeleteGotta love Garner leaning over the gas tank with a cigarette in his mouth. Those were the days.
