getting right to the point about parking in the locations reserved for the people that have a hard time walking

I get spun up at assholes parking, in all sorts of ways. People who show no signs of a problem walking away from their car, after parking in the disabled spots? Really piss me off, and I see it often at Costco when I grab lunch at the food court
