At first glance I thought that looked like an old JAWA speedway frame.
ReplyDeleteTranslating the link and a bit more. They are Suzuki SEAR(Suzuki Engine Auto Race) AR600 twin engines built for the occasion, installed in speedway frames for hard surface Speed Way.
An occasion like going to the horse racing, its a betting event called Auto Race. (Huh?)
The video must be an open class or invitational, as the speedway bikes are the common design for this event it would seem. External dampers on the forks make for quick easy changes. The bars vary by design but are the norm in Japan. Awesome!
Very good J.A.C.G.
