    Hi Jesse,
    I totally agree with Stephen, and the Golden Arrow banner is excellent.
    By the way, we always claim that other countries have a climate; we have weather. The Irish have the best saying (their weather is even more erratic than ours): If you don't like the weather, wait 10 minutes.
