The vehicle driven by one of the off-duty deputies rear-ended a vehicle driven by a 70-year-old woman

The off-duty deputy was arrested for allegedly operating while impaired and possession of a firearm while intoxicated. The passenger was arrested for being in possession of a firearm while allegedly intoxicated. Both weapons were off-duty handguns, officials said.
