The greater your driving skills the better, as they track test many cars on the show, and if the camera loves you, (think of the hosts of many car shows, the good looking people that never are at a loss for words) you might get camera time.
This position would be handled on a freelance basis at first, working toward being hired as a fulltime employee of TEN: The Enthusiast Network. You need to understand, this isn't a great paycheck, just a great job with incredible co-workers.
