Did you know that car salesmen sometimes get comparative training to tell you how good their manufacturer is?

  1. I don't know how common it is today, but back when I was a Chevrolet salesman, back in the '80's and '90's, Chevrolet provided dealerships and salespeople with this type of information, all the time. Salespeople would attend regional sales meetings that discussed such things.
