Mighty damn steampunk! This is the 1912 Electric Victoria Phaeton that is now in the Frick Automobile Museum. The running board was designed with flowing lines with no corners. Electric headlights are used.

It's a 2000 dollar car in 1909, and didn't substantially change design from 1909 to 1912.
