At first glance I was smiling that someone made the number and stripes for the new beetle. Then I was sorta taken back that it has seen some tough times. Passenger side is looking dented and scraped, and the nose is going to take some serious money to make it right again.
Is it just me? Do I find things in pairs in about a week? It seems to be that way. Last week was the Herbie transporter, http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2008/07/cool-herbie-theme-on-transporter-vw.html and then this beetle. There have been more examples, but you get the idea. Feels weird in a good way, since it's a pair of cool things.
