powerful gusts blew through the Buenos Aires International Airport on December 17, turning a Boeing 737-700 90 degrees, and blowing luggage carts and mobile stairways into planes
Today I read about in the newspaper, it said there was negligence because there are protocols that were not followed. Once the storm was confirmed, the planes should have been put with the nose against the wind, braked, assured to the floor and all the other auxiliar vehicles taken off the runway. It seems that none of that was made.
