coolest thing I have to share today... Brendon built his dad a hot rod! Similar to the 56 Chevy his dad's 1st car, the one he bought in high school, and since his dad kept one key to that long ago car, this car has an ignition specially rekeyed to use that original key!

Brendon's grandad wouldn't let his dad keep the car... I bet that was a result of teenage shennaigans, but when he had to give it up, he kept the keys for years, and gave them to Brendon when he was a kid. 

Just imagine for a second, that you get to hand your dad some keys he gave you 30 years or so ago, and then you tell him they are to the car you just made him, (reverted an older street rod to manual, added  fuel injection, all new suspension and brakes) and had delivered. 

That's some potent father son moment right there. Last year his dad had cancer, so, time to get to doing everything that has been put off, and being treated to a hot rod like the one he had in high school, gifted by his son? That's just pure awesome.
