At least three people were killed and dozens more are reported injured after a passenger train derailed after hitting a truck in Missouri.
About 243 passengers, including 14 Boy Scouts, were on board the Los Angeles-Chicago train when it came off the tracks at a rail crossing near the town of Mendon.
one of the scouts immediately rendered first aid, but the truck driver was too badly injured, and did not survive.
The real story is what those scouts did after the crash. Rendered first aid, assisted fire fighters by carry stretchers to ambulances, more. Good story here: https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2022/06/29/boy-scout-amtrak-train-derailment/
