Well that sucks. I clicked the web site and tried to watch the cartoon, but You Tube struck the video. Bastards. Looks to me from what I could glean from the site that the artist used real cars to do cartoon overlays in short scene. The film "Donald at the Wheel was made for 1961 release. I don't remember seeing it, and I would have like to have watched it. But NOOOOOooo.
