I'd say it has to be photoshopped to, though I'm not aware how to with Photoshop 7, though since that was made they have improved all photoshop and similar programs immensely. The line where the top and bottom are meeting is right through the middle of the hubs.
Yeah, Photoshopped. Not even well done. It's about perspective. For example, the reflection would not show the window on the other side through this side's window, rather the roof lining. And the branch above the roof would not at all be visible in the reflection.
Photoshopped, The water goes past the tires, yet they are not in the water.
