The 1908 and the 1927 Model Ts were almost entirely different cars, as cataloged in minute detail by Bruce McCalley in his book Model T Ford: The Car That Changed the World.

Can't recall the year, but at some point VW announced that the only part left from the first Beetles - a rear window frame part - was finally being replaced. It was probably in the late 1960s.
