Looks genuine to me, but there are painters specializing in creating the effects of a vehicle being exposed to the sun or otherwise negelcted for decades.
Where is the "Brat Style" medallion located? I was going to say the bike looked authentic, but there's a banner in the dragon's mouth that says "since 1997", so it could be Faux-tina.
right, good point. This piece of brass is on the left side, top of a lever, that may be a shifter, around the oil tank area. I actually paid very little attention to what it did or where it was, as I was hot, sweaty, and going way too slow through far too many bikes
