Seems like Ohio is saturated with cop cruisers... and that California has none.
In Ohio a lot of freeways have grassy medians for separating the different direction of traffic, but in California it's a concrete wall 4 feet high.

Agreed about Ohio. No offense to the officers themselves, but man they are like cockroaches (everywhere!) in Ohio.
