When I was a kid our family had a brand new '59 Coronet as our family car (2 door hardtop convertible). Although I was just a kid and never got to drive it, I remember some of the "futuristic" features of the car like the push button trans selector or the even more awesome graduated color speed indicator. I loved the entire profile of the car and still do and hope to someday find on either restored or otherwise and get to try it out on the open road.
