(feels check) Calvin, a young artist, drew his "Emoji Strong" truck design, then found it come to life as a Monster Jam toy truck — and now Monster Jam fell for the little kid's awesomeness, and made a real monster truck for him

The 13-year-old has gone through more than 18 months of "grueling" chemo and radiation treatment, his mom noted — yet he's never failed to stay positive.

Calvin described drawing different emoji icons such as the love emoji, funny emoji and bandaged emoji to represent the variety of feelings he had while enduring treatment. He started drawing at age 9, he's now 13

Monster Jam knew it was an "amazing" opportunity for Calvin to have his original art featured at the Monster Jam World Finals in Orlando, Fla.

"The impact that unique and creative partnerships like this have on the future of research and treatment for kids with cancer and other catastrophic diseases is amazing, and we are so grateful for them," said Richard C. Shadyac Jr., president and CEO of ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. "Monster Jam has raised more than $100,000 for the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital since 2020

A limited-edition 1:64 scale diecast truck with the same Emoji Strong design was sold at by Monster Jam, who donated $10 from each purchase to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude: Finding cures. Saving children.

"As a family-owned business and a company that creates memories and moments that light up arenas, stadiums, stages, homes and hearts around the world, supporting St. Jude is a powerful way to honor our company's mission to uplift the human spirit," said Kenneth Feld, CEO of Feld Entertainment. "We continue to see the enthusiasm for St. Jude from our Monster Jam fans and are excited to explore innovative fundraising activations, like the Emoji Strong truck."

Because of partnerships like this, families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food so they can focus on helping their child live.

The support of generous donors and partners also enables St. Jude to press ahead with its historic six-year, $11.5 billion strategic plan. Part of this plan will triple its global investment so St. Jude can impact more of the 400,000 kids around the world with cancer each year.

Todd Leduc made one hellava great jump for a terrific first impression on the Monster Jam World Finals, freestyle in Orlando 2019

in a video of the same moment, but from someone whose brain melted, came this other version which give you a better idea of how this jump happened, but NOT how high it was, because perspective from being inline, vs perpendicular to the path that the jump happened matters a lot

I haven't posted anything with monster trucks all season, and hadn't even heard that they now have a 2 Wheel Skills competition

I've only watched the first 6 competitors right now... and I can tell you, that except for silver Max D, every rig that comes out is more amazing that the one before... and skip silver Max D at the 14:30 minute mark, he never got his balance, and leaves. Go right past that to Son Of A Digger at 17:00
