A total of 401 De Tomaso Mangustas were built between 1967 and 1971, with approximately 150 designated for the European market and the remaining 250 allocated for North American customers... I only knew of 2 in San Diego, this one's new to me, and I just learned, it's stayed in the family for decades
This lucky guy's uncle owned the car, didn't have kids, and passed it onto his favorite nephew... who, doesn't have kids, and is very likely to be a favorite uncle too! It hibernated in his uncles garage for 30 years
I get a kick out of finding these rare original stickers on windshields.
