so much good stuff comes out of nowhere when the estate sales happen, and suddenly for the 1st time in decades, it's publicly for sale and you can finally get that rare thing you've always wanted but could never find affordably

Oh Man! I wanted one of those so badly when I was 12-13 years old. We had a cottage up on the St Lawrence River and my Dad said our St. Lawrence Skiff (rowboat!) was perfectly adequate. Actually, I wish I still had the skiff, worth more today than this boat.!
