Jingle Jets, on the USS Midway museum

Merry Christmas! I think some readers will not be checking back to see what gets posted later this week, so I think this is the best time to share these

the Model T inn, Bradford PA

fitted with 30 inch wood blocks for tires to drive across the Everglades in 1922. The journey took 21 days to complete, some days they traveled up to six miles, on other days a couple hundred feet.

Ellie the model T girl! There is hope for the future of model t's when people this young are enthusiastically experiencing driving T speedsters. Damn shame it's as expensive to make one as it is to buy a weatherproof commuter with AC, air bags, and anti lock brakes

At 14 she learned to drive a Model T, and got a chassis and motor for her own at 15.

She worked to get the car running and built a racer body... Shortly after getting her driver's license, she started to drive her T racer to school.

This fall at the Ogunquit beach auto show she took the peoples choice award of 2nd place out of 245 cars in attendance

not many B bodies get upgraded the full way to race track ridiculous. I think this is probably an AI generated image though, it mixes 68 rear panels, with 69 tail lights, and has fake wide body wheel wells

after having a pair of those back tires, I can say with a lot of conviction, that those are N50 Pro Stock Racing Profile

I really like seeing cool muscle cars with all the race track upgrades

Police in Minnesota pulled over a man behind the wheel of the new Dodge Charger Daytona EV and wrote him a ticket for having a “loud exhaust.”

The driver disputed the ticket, saying he wasn’t using the loudest drive mode at the time and that another car nearby may have been the source of the noise. The case now highlights a legal gray area as cities and states apply traditional exhaust laws to a new era of electric vehicles.

about 20 years ago one of the most innovative marketing ideas to sell cars was created, Trunk Monkey. A rare repost of something from deep in the archives, as very few people look in them for all the great stuff from the past 19 years

This is from the creative geniuses at Suburban Auto Group of Sandy Oregon, but they aren't around anymore, the dealership was bought by Dick Hannah Ford

two batteries in the engine cab and two solenoids so you could turn the ignition key to the left and not drain your starter battery.

I can't imagine what the worn out suspension felt like on this Mustang...

but a regular racing suspension changes everything
